The JUGENDSTIL* Ideas Fund makes it easier for young people with a history of migration to access funding, supports their social engagement and makes them visible as active shapers of society in eastern Germany. With the Ideas Fund, we have developed a new, low-threshold and unbureaucratic funding instrument for young, post-migrant engagement in eastern Germany and offer support for young, flexible and dynamic forms of engagement. With micro-grants of up to \u20ac1,000, groups and initiatives can try out and implement their own projects in an uncomplicated and self-determined way.  <\/p>\n<p>The funding from the :do Foundation is to be used for the ideas fund and thus for specific project funding. With the Ideas Fund, we have been supporting (post-)migrant youth initiatives from eastern Germany every month since 2021 that create new opportunities for young people to shape their lives, gain formative experiences of self-efficacy and thus effectively strengthen social cohesion.
